Karpathos - Κάρπαθος
Big island, somewhat isolated, but definitely worth the very long boat trip to get there (ok can also be reached by plane). Can be considered as two separate islands, since the south and north part are very different, and is hard to get from one part to the other. The south part features some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece, scenic little villages and adequate plantation. The north is wild, windy, with equally nice beaches, and sea caves, home for a few Mediterranean seals. What comes into mind?
